• "Mooncloak," "mooncloak," "Mooncloak LLC," "mooncloak LLC," and "MOONCLOAK, LLC" all refer to the same legal entity, MOONCLOAK, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America.

• "Service" refers to the Mooncloak VPN service provided by Mooncloak.

• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions.

• "You" or "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Mooncloak VPN service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service Mooncloak

VPN is a virtual private network service that provides encrypted and secure internet access. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
• Using the Service to engage in any form of cybercrime or malicious activity.

Account and Access

mooncloak VPN does not require account creation or the collection of personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers. Access to the Service is granted upon successful purchase through a payment provider, such as Google Play Billing.

Payment and Refunds

Payment for the Service is handled through Google Play Billing. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies. All sales are final. While Google Play may offer refunds in certain circumstances according to their refund policies, mooncloak does not independently provide refunds for purchases made through the Service. Please carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. mooncloak does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

mooncloak shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

mooncloak may terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America.

Modifications

mooncloak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our website and within the app. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mooncloak regarding the use of the Service.
